Real life comedy! It's comedy based on real life. This stuff actually happens to me. To
me! Can you believe it, all these crazy occourances. Whoah! Get ready to laugh, because my life is full of humor.
I have crazy situations, wacky friends, zany anecdotes, and they're all true. Real life comedy, that's what i do.
Like the other day I was sitting at home watching Comedy Central and/or Spike TV for 6 hours. Really, it's true, stop
laughing, it's not a joke. Real life comedy! My life as a source of comedy, it's unreal.
Like did you ever notice that there are some minorities you're allowed to make fun of and other's
you aren't as a stand-up comedian? As I mentioned, I've been watching a lot of terrible stand-up lately, which is Comedy
Central plays durring the day (that and The Big Lebowski), so I've noticed a couple of things about the way it works.
This guy was pretty much just relentlessly making fun of islamic people, and everyone was loving it. He made fun of
the way they talk, and the climate of their countries, and then made a joke about turbans. The very next program opened
with a guy making fun of asians. I don't know about this, it seems like an awfully big double standard. For a
white guy to mock blacks or hispanics would be absolutley out of the question. Another thing I've noticed is that when
you watch a comedy special you can judge the talent of the comedian pretty accuratley by how much applause he receives.
Less is better, the audience is not supposed to be clapping, they're supposed to be laughing. All these comedians
ever get is applause, which might sound good, but it really speaks about how terrible they are. Another thing I don't
like is musical comedians. They never really make it anywhere except onto these terrible comedian round-ups they show
for hours on this channel. Equally annoying are the comedy teams, two guys, usually white, who just stand there telling
terrible jokes. The reason they need two people is so they can finish each other's sentances. Which makes comedy
funnier, I guess. The effect it creates is like having two annoying friends trying to tell you a funny story at the
same time, but the story isn't really funny. A finally, just a quick list of topics that every stupid comedian feels
the need to touch on: Medicine (particularly viagra), Magicians, Fat people and being fat, Old people and being old, Impressions
(even if you can't do them, especially if you can't do them), and Relationships.
So, pretty funny, huh? All these great observations. Not only is my personal life
filled with humor, but also the things I observe. I saw that new Star Wars movie the other day. Punch line!
